Something to rememeber about the series-8 (99-02) turbo's . They have a slightly smaller intake due to the fitting of an abraidable lining which increases the effiecency by about 8%. (at stock boost)

The series-6 (92-95) turbo's you guys have will perform just aswell under extra boost conditions. What you guys really want is the ultra rare "Bathurst turbo's" they are quite large compared to the normal FD (92-02) turbo's. They operate & even look like the normal twin-turbo's.

They where made by Hitachi for the Aussie spec "series-6 SP" from 1995. Made to suit the race special version & will flow 40% more giving the ability to make up to 500hp easily. The normal twin turbos simply wont flow that.

I heard that Mazdaspeed had 100 made up & about 20 came to Oz. As for the other 80..........????? Just get your Japanese mates to ask for the "Bathurst turbo's"
