93 wiring on 99 spec engine

Is it possible to start a 99 Spec engine on a 93 wiring with a 93 model Apexi power fc i heard that the 99 spec has less vaccums than that of a 93? is this possible?

Yea it's possible. The pfc should start it just fine. I don't know what extra accesories are on the 99 engine but the vitals should be just fine.

i thought 99 doesn't have bunch of those sollenoids like we did... I thought it was all one big vacuum chamber or some crap... I could be wrong though...
