Hey



I need i think i need some as when i looked at my rear diff the other day when it was on the ramps the whole of the diff and the axels were covered in oil. i've been looking for quite a while but i can't seem to find any anywhere if you can help would be much appreciated.

When I had an axle shaft seal leak the oil was getting on the shaft and slinging it everywhere, even up to the body above. Housing had a lot of oil on it also. I can't imagine the diff vent coming off and I don't know if any would come out of there if it did but you could check it. It's on the upper rear of the housing. Might as well check the axle shaft boots also. They would sling grease in all directions if one is torn.

I didn't understand correctly. You are looking for the seals. I don't know what parts stores you have in your area but you can order from Mazdatrix.

I'm assuming the diff housing is same. I would think so. If you don't know you could just measure id and od and ask them to compare.



Also, you could measure id and od or just take one of the seals to an industrial supply place and get a general application oil seal if you need one quickly. A place like Motion Industries if you have one near. I don't know if they have UK locations or not.
