Well for starters how about we delete....

mazdaspeed carbon fiber hood

erubini body kit

5Zigen copse wheels 19/9 rears 18/8 fronts w/ falken wheels

egt gauge.

Then replace them with....

clutch

nice intercooler like M2 with greddy elbow

upgraded turbos

Walbro pump

850/1300 injectors or 550/1600 with new rail and fpr

Tech Edge diy wide band

10+ hrs of dyno/tuning time

Also, your probably going to need a new engine with a street port in about 15K miles if you run 400ish rwhp. Apex seals start getting brittle around 50K and wont hold up to the high boost your going to be running.

I agree with the above. The main thing you're going to need is a higher flow turbo, more fuel and some good tuning.

And obviously get those parts out of the garage and on the car!!

Add an aluminum AST to your rad and get rid of the stock one.

apex i/c is fine.. and the egt guage is necessary... but i agree.. ditch the body kit and those cheap wheels... stockers are better... anyways 400rwhp is going to take upgraded twins or a big single...with an ecu to control it as well as massive fuel upgrades...

just got fuel pump in.

fiberglass body kit is alot lighter than the stock sh** and the carbon fiber hood is vented so it drops weight as well as lowering underhood temps. and i already have apexi pfc

just waiting on brackets(lost originals in my last move) for IC and aluminum radiator in order to mount those. and i will do pulleys at this time as well. but i need an upgraded fuel map in order to add midpipe so if anyone out there has one with my mods it would be greatly appreciated.

Don't let people hate on you for the "pretty parts".

You need:

datalogit for your PFC to tune better

1600cc injectors and rail for the secondaries

a single turbo (t-04 family should work well)

boost controller

someone with good PFC tuning abilities will get you 400 HP and keep it safe

eh, i replaced my stock front bumper before.. it didn't weigh a damn thing.. now i've held an "erebuni" kit and it weighs a lot more than a stock bumper. Eh, do what you want to your FD... just be another "show/rice car" for all i care.

400rwhp is EASILY attainable with a single turbo, like a t-78 or GT35-40. Just need correct fuel tuning, rail, pressure regulator, blah blah blah...

remember, HP is limited to how fast you can move fuel and spark. thats all that matters really...
