A 17 year old asking about putting a 4-rotor in an FD, Mazdaspeed seats(And calling Recaro's a ricer seat as well...), T88, and Endless brakes while having an RX-8 as well?

Age shouldn't matter to someone. I didn't call Recaro's ricer seats, I said a bunch of ricers in my neighborhood and county use Recaro's so I don't wish to blend in with those people. Getting a T88 because it's a good all around big turine'd turbo. Endless brakes because they've got light 6 piston brakes in a very small package. Driving an RX-8 because I didn't want to start off with a turbocharged rotary without knowing all of the nuances that are present also in a NA rotary. I know you weren't trying to burn me (I hope) but perhaps I should remove my age from my info.

4 rotor=$$$$$$$$

Its your money, and you can afford it go for it Should age mean anything.Yes&No, you or your family could be filthy rich because thats what it will take, or you could be like most(not saying you are)of the young people that dont know what all we be involved in installing a 4 rotor,just running their mouth.

Ex. 3 rotor= 4k roughly

Installation+everything you will need to make it run= 30k+

4rotor=$$$$$$$$$$$$ like I said.

Good to see someone else from AL. I have a friend who's actually moving to Tuscaloosa. (Aren't 0 smog checks fun? lol) And age really shouldn't matter. I've got a 15 year old who lives down the street who's getting an FC and going to fix it up. He's really serious about it and doing his research (like me, I wasn't ready to mod an FD so I've done about a year of research just learning about all of its nuances and what direction to go for high HP) but he's starting to catch rotary fever and I believe that he really will have an awesome 2nd Gen. Thanks for not bashing on age.

Hell. You think I'll create a 4 rotor FD and not bring it to Rotor Fest!? I'll see you guys there and give everyone a ride. Also, intersting tid-bit: A friend of mine named Daniel (older than me) is going to try to mount a 3 or 4 rotor in his SA22 (FB3S?) he's ready for a financial commitment just like I am, so I'll be sure to drag him with me to RF. Give us some support guys, we'll really need it because I forsee lots of stress.

Sorry!

Jefferson County. Why do you ask? (Off topic=ok with me.) Edit: Lol, here I go. If somewhere I've made an enemy, they're writing all of this down...

Haha. Yeah, I wouldn't mind that. It'll be a while, however. I won't even think about putting in the 4 until I get as much power as I can with my current plans. I'm still shopping for a good FD. But, we could always use another wrench over here (experience as well) so if you'd like to help with "juicing up" the original 2 rotor, I'll get in touch when it's time.
