You can't pin an exact quarter mile time or zero to sixty time to a car because so much depend on how the car in launced, how much traction there is, the weather and many other factors.
Usually a stock RX7 will run in the high 13's if launched right and a track with good traction. But I'm sure low 14's are more resonable is you take it easy on the car.

I'm just surprised that the touring would be .5-.7 tenths of second slower than the r1,
considering there is not much of a difference except for certain features. But you guys are totally correct it obviously depends on the launch and you must have perfect conditions to achieve the tested 13.8 seconds runs on a stock r1.
