3rd gen fuel cut with jdm swap

Ok guys i have a good one for you i have a 93fd i just did a jdm swap on, it came in with the jdm rats nest non-egr the car runs fine under 3500rpm as soon as you try to give it more than 1/4 throttle it runs into a fuel, or ignition cut, here is what i have done so far, checked the injector voltages 12v with the key on at all injector pins did the rest of the simplified sequential setup what was left since it was a jdm motor , sadly no change, did the grounds with #4 wires , checked the turbo solenoids, changed and relocated the filter with a real filter, lol, fuel pressure at idle is 43psi 47psi at 3000 , let me remind you that the jdm harness is extended, this is my 6th swap like this and never any problems with my wiring, the car has straight and midpipe with factory muffler, disconnected the muffler to make sure it wasnt stopped up with old cat, wasnt the prob, if you hold the pedal down and try and force it past 3500 the turbo manifold will immediately glow red, from lean condition, but if you ad fuel from a outside source like carb cleaner in the vac port the motor will rev freely to redline, anyone have any recommendations???
