I removed my P/S and just looped the lines together with some steel braided hose.

I've looked into getting a manual rack for my FD. It looks like a manual rack from an FC will work. The only thing that will need to get modified is the rack MOUNTS since they're different on the FD. Won't be too hard though...nothing like a welder and grinder to fix stuff https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683785.gif

you may have to use the steering shaft from the fc too. i know a few people have looked into this but nobody has actually done it yet

I really dont think that you have to do this. I would assume it to be a waste of time.

It is now self contained. There is no maintaining what so ever.

-Rikki

Or do I misunderstand you?

Rikki

Im concerned as it wasnt meant to be a self contained system...

not sure if just plugging up the ports will do the trick as i would assume

that certain areas that requires lubrication wouldnt be without the pump circulating it...

im afraid of losin a seal or .....

fear is longevity

btw

how long have you had to do without the ps ?

Fe3Boost 09-04-2002 09:03 AM
