So my 3rd wiper switch finally died, completely dead. It does nothing. So instead of throwing in yet another used switch, I want to replace the relay in the switch. Where can I buy this, and which one do I buy?

Nevermind, found what I needed. For those that want to know, write-ups and relay info can be found here and here.

G6C-2114-US-DC12 made by Omron Electronics Inc (http://www.omron.com/oei/)

Digi-Key (www.digikey.com) (1-800-344-4539) part number Z950-ND

When purchasing from digikey, you have to pay for the item, a $5 small-order fee, and shipping. Icemark (second link at top, mazdamark.com) sells it for less.

I ordered them from digikey, they got here pretty fast, only downside is they charge you like $5.00 to process the order.

If they are completely dead then both the relays are dead. Make sure you have a good desolderer, will make your life much easier.

Both relays? Which is the other one? And what exactly is a desolderer?

There is a back up relay, that is the one speed that you have when your other speeds crap out.

As far as a desolderer, these relays arent plug and play you have to remove all of the solder from the contacts before you can remove the relay, if you don't you can damage the pads around them. A desolderer remove solder.... solder suckers are usually better then the wick method.
