damn rob... are you going to be afraid of driving this car once it's done? It's not going to be a garage queen is it?

 

rob i hate you you keep making it better and nice but make it too nice and you might not want to drive it

 

the car is as nice as it was before, just some different parts. My car always looked that good.



Im not AFRAID to drive it, but I dont go taking it to the supermarket and to home depot. I pleasure drive it. I just have to stop working on it so I can drive it MORE, I think I have about 700 miles since the conversion.

I took it out for the first time since January, dusty and all to put some gas in the car. Man it felt great to drive the car again, it boosts so easy and drives so civil it makes me not want to go to the hassle of a larger turbo.

 

bolted the lip back on now that I painted it. Im going to leave the bumper as it is and take it for a drive and see how temps are.

I put all new foam between the oil cooler-ac condensor- and radiator.



I also got a new hood insulation pad from the dealer, when I went to take the old one off my other hood it started to fall apart.



Im bleeding the coolant as I type this, then its a few blasts down the highway and off to get the computer upgrade and MSD upgrade. My Raptor 7 LED warning light should be here tomoroww too which will get its signal from the shift light output of the wolf so I will have a nice bright blue LED shift light blaring in my face when I hit redline.

I wish it had not rained or I would be taking it for a drive now, oh well its almost 8:30 at night, time to go home.

 

go home? I thought you lived at your shop.
