got my AC lines and fittings figured out, Ive been busy at work the last few weeks so I have not given the car much thought.

Hope to get everything back on the front of the car today, then I can bolt the bumper up later in the week after I finish putting it together.

I ended using ends from FD AC lines on the compressor side, Im using a FD compressor and tensioner on a TII manual steering AC bracket.

I had to weld where the lines exited shut and then welded AN adaptors onto the fittings so that I could aim them where I needed them to be, from there I had custom lines made to go to the new condensor I got, and to the line on the firewall.

Putting all new O-rings and a new dryer in, now I wont be sweating like a filthy farm animal if I get stuck in traffic.

the new condensor I bought has a different fitting where it goes to the dryer, so I have to have to have another fitting brazed onto it, delays delays

I have the AC on hold until I can bring it back in to get charged, have to swap out 2 more o-rings to the new green style o-rings, but I wanted to start getting the rest of the car back together.

I test fitted the bumper, still have to do some minor trimming around the IC pipes so that I get the bottom of the bumper to come in more, thats why I could not get the lip on, as you can see I damaged my lip, did that at the end of last year, have not sprayed it until I fit it on the car.

Still undecided as to what to do with the IC slots, leave them as is and paint the top of the IC black, or put black stainless mesh in the opening.

I feel like I will never get this thing back together, its my busy time at work and I have had no time to work on it.

Im going to tint/clearcoat the front markers.

im going to try connecting the s4 undertray to the S5 bumper, I guess s4 trays are different. Going to try to not cut the bottom part of the bumper off this time, last time the car ran warmer with it there so I cut it off, but maybe if I extend the tray it will not?

Also trying to figure out why I have to cut so much more around the IC pipes in the front where the fogs would have been, right now they hit a little bit and is keeping the bottom part of the bumper from going where it should, thats why I also could not bolt the lip up.

Going to let it sit on the car a few days and put it in the sun and see what happens.
