Wierd Grinding Noise

i put in an act 6 puck clutch about 100 miles ago and it seems to be fine....howver i just realized that there is a grinding sound only if i have the clutch pressed ...and it starts after about 3 seconds...any ideas?

Did you replace the throw out bearing?
