Whats better Upgraded stock turobo or To4b turbo?

how do you know thats the OEM Int. w/g actuator? cause of the hose clamp?
my hks sport turbo had an internal wastegate....actuator looked just like that. The bracket that that w/g is mounted on doesnt look OEM to me. i havent seen OEM in a long time tho.
