What Is This Tank?

Under the charcoal canister on the passanger side fire wall there is this small tank WTF is that. It in not winsheild washer or coolant overflow so what is it? I gonna take it out if it is not neccesary but when I get my J Spec 13BT im going to use it for the water injection.

That should be the sub-zero fluid reservoir. Just rip it out and cap the location on the upper intake manifold if you want.

ya im about to take that out tomorrow....what size bolt/screw whatever do we use to cap it....im not lookin at the hose right now otherwise i wouldnt ask

starting fluid what starting fluid there ain't shiat in there. I life in miami we never get any where near sub zero out she goes till i get the turbo motor then back she goes LOL

It's actually pure antifreeze I think.. can't remember I've had it out for a while



There's no bolt Freestyle (at least on mine), just put a vacuum cap on the nipple of the thing that injects it... don't know what the **** its called.. or you can remove it and weld the hole shut or make a small block off plate

Yah. Sub-Zero Starting Assist. Mazda recommends a mixture of 90% Propylene Glycol antifreeze and 10% water. Mine has been yanked. It kind of clips into the bracket, which is good to know when you try to take it off, as the bracket bolts are not easy to get to with the tank in place. Yank the tank, then remove the bracket.
