I tried some 1/4" ID hose for the return but that doesn't even fit.Anyone know the size of these two lines?

I think the return on the tank is about 5/16 and the suction is about 1/2 if I remember right.

3/8" is pretty common on most cars. I'm pretty sure the FD uses it.
