OK. I finally got an engine. I found some dude selling a T2 engine real cheap, so I got it. Now I need to get the rest of the stuff to get the truck going. I have a hard time finding Turbo IIs at the junkyards, but I find plenty of N/A 7's there, so my question is will the radiator from an 89-91 N/A be the same as the one from a tII? What about ignitors and any thing else that I can yank out of an N/A to get my engine going?

Basically I want to see what I can get from an N/A at the wrecking yards to keep costs down. I would also like to be able to get spare parts just incase... h34r:

the radiators, oil coolers, and ignition are the same between n/a and t2. the only real difference is the turbo and intake manifolds. the electronics are mostly the same.

What about the fuel pump?

the pumps are different, there is a drop in walbro pump its about $120.

the 86-88 fc tanks are about 13 gallons (ive put 12.5 in mine)

the 89-91 fc's are about 15, if you have the choice go for the bigger one, its well bigger.

I think I'll keep the one on my truck instead cause it's a 20 gallon unit. Hopefully I can modify the pump to fit in the trucks tank with out any problems.
