What is the difference between the wiring on a gxl and a t2? what needs to be cut out and what needs to be spliced to put t2 drivetrain in a gxl?

 

if you are talking about using that parts car you have then you will want to remove BOTH engines with thier entire wiring intact, and swap it over along with the computer.



the BODY harness is seperate and wont need to be touched.

 

I understand that you have to pull both motors and transmissions. I had heard that it was harder to wire an s4 to an s5 than it was to wire s4 to s4 or s5 to s5. are there any writeups on wiring up the turbo swaps?

you did not mention any S4/S5 swap, just a TII into a GXL swap
