My car puts out a solid 14.2 with everything off at idle, with everything on it drops down to about 13.6.

have you tried a Apexi AFC? Pretty sure that would fix you up.
It fixed mine, you have to add 2 or 3% at 3800 to 4000.

1. theres no recall, the n350 pressure sensor wont work, its not your problem anyways

2. look at the thing, it is only supposed to read the first 30% of throttle travel.

3. yeah thats about where they all read, +/- 2 needle widths...

do these ?s mean your not selling the car now?

j9 is right..i dont think the pressure sensor is your problem...it's something else. And I know the hesitation is driving you nuts, but is that the only problem the car has? I remember I had a slight hesitation w/ my '88 NA engine at 3750 rpm..but it wasn't that big a deal and i even got used to it...
