is a good price for an 87 TII with a r/b flywheel, r/b lowering springs, kyb front and rear shocks, stainless steel brake lines, TID mod (what's TID?), r/c engineering injectors, n1 catback, and needs an engine rebuild?

Thanks

So 1500 max? Or would the price go up if chassis and interior are in good condition?

No rust, needs paint, good glass, flawless interior: I'd pay $2000 at most.
