If anyone is wondering how to change the breather out on the tranny it is simply a very tight tolerance fit.

Anyhoot... I took the old breather out... it wasn't clogged!!!! WTF? So what can cause oil to shoot out of hte front and rear main trans seals? What happens when you overfill a tranny, where would all the excess oil go? If i had overfilled it two years ago it would have only been over by a very very small amount as I just pumped oil into thr tranny until it dripped out of the fill hole....

So what do I check now?

All moving part seals are normal wear parts.

You seem to be in denial that you seals may simply be worn out.

Alternatives to replacing the seals:

1) Top up the gear oil periodically.

2) Park only on level ground.

3) Park over pre-existing oil spots, so yours won't show.

4) Don't park in billionaires driveways (their cars don’t leak)

5) Carry a drip tray where ever you go.

some how i have a hard time believing the trans oil seals wore out in 11,000 kms (~7000 miles) and two years of age. I replaced them when I changed my clutch 2 years ago. Along with the rear main engine oil seal.

The tranny does not drip transmission fluid. It was a one time event when oil sprayed out of the front and rear of the tranny.

Did the tranny possibly overheat? That could have damaged the seals. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/dunno.gif
