Violent shaking while slowing in 1st and 2nd

As the title says, if the clutch isn't depressed when i let off the gas in 1st/2nd gear, around 5-15mph for 1st, and 15-25 for 2nd the car will violently shake when i let off the gas.
I've never had a car act like this before while slowing, are FCs this touchy in lower gears? Also, when i'm coasting in 3rd or 4th i don't have this issue.
