fc coils are just an upgrade for fds... I would just get an ignition cdi: hks/jacob's/msd

TII or NA, all have the same coils. FC coils are good like j9 said. Even FD guys downgrade to FC coils cause their coils suck.



I woudn't get aftermarket unless you have money to waste and want to show some bling bling. THe only time i would get aftermarket is if i was running tec3, which has the best ignition system.

i went with after market coils so both leading plugs would get the same spark, and to impove on the wasted spark setup, now all 4 plugs fire 100 % spark all the time. Not that it's gonna make a huge difference in power (it will make a difference) but the idle, and low rpm performance is solid as a rock. I'm sure it's helping more when I narrow the split at high rpms too.
