Well...I dont think he can get his car down to 750 and keep it running...w/ the certain things he has removed it probably idles higher as many of the rx7s i've delt with do...



this is the problem i'm having w/ my car...i need to check the timing w/ the light, but I cant get the car to hold an idle below 3K..and i do not have a vac leak...everything check out..either my TB or my TPS is messed up...

is it even reasonable to time the car at this point? Breakin procedures recommend letting it idle at 1500 for a while. So it's idling at about 1400 right now, couldn't get it any higher. Don't know if I can time the car properly if it's has to idle this high. And yes it's an s4
