Eh, been a little while...so I thought I'd update. The car is still sitting while I'm awaiting on tax return, paychecks, etc to get here so I can finally get my car back on the road. It's tags are dead and I have to get it renewed with the DMV...I already had the insurance notified and readjusted my costs, blah blah..I'm looking at driving again now sometime before Easter, lol...I'm going to visit some family members in Ohio for Easter and I want to use that as a "break in" time for the motor....

...Also, I am going to be doing the suspension work shortly...whenever the tax return shows up. I'm thinking of doing KYBAGX's w/ intrax springs....haven't truely decided yet and I'm open to suggestions..I want LOW!! Anybody know of good somewhat cheap coilovers maybe that will offer a 1"+ drop??? No tein..thats later https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

You could try Ground Control for the coilovers. They work well.

I've been trying to find them...where can I get 'em?

Ok...that's cool only $400...that ain't bad at all! Um...quick ? though...would I still need to buy the shocks? It says something about using only w/ KONI shocks for some of the applications...are the coilovers a direct replacement for the stock spring/shock setup?

You'll need new shocks. They work with both Konis and Tokicos, but they should work with the AGX"s as well.

Lowering springs? Tokico- about $200 for set of 4, Suspension Techniques $229 /4, Eibach $329-$349. All give you about a 1" drop.

JC Whitney sells the ST springs for $160. I'm using them on my car, and they do a good job.

Do the STs give a good drop though? I would like a 1" or better..is the drop noticeable..I'm doing this for looks because I have a big wheel gap in the rear w/ my 16 wheels and 50 series sidewalls...I just might go w/ those ground controls though https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

Yes, they drop the car about an inch.
