yes it is programable.don't think about laptops e.t.c.you can adjust air/fuel ratio,injectors duty cycle and some others.all mechanicly.you 've just have to turn some screws to regulate everything.

as i said before group B monsters(600hp at least) used it for managment.

i only want to know if the 12bt has any special intake port timing?
