Well, I've had my car about 5 years now, and all the time it has been an automatic (arge!) needless to say, the transmission went out like 3 years ago, and being the irrational highschool youth that I was, I spent $1500 of my hard-earned summer cash rebuilding the auto tranny. That was before I knew of Alamo Rotary, and realized for that amount of money, I could have had a stick put in. :newburn: Well, the time has come where I just can't live with myself driving an auto RX-7, heck, many a time I find myself shifting the auto from 1st to second to drive, just so i can get that shifting feeling.

In short, I have plans this summer of making the conversion. Any suggestions? I dont have the room or tools to do it, so I'll probably get Tito at Alamo Rotary to do it. But I'll take any advice yall give.

What year is your car? If it's 89-91 then you'll probably need the 5 speed ECU. As far as the mechanical parts go, here's what you'll need: Transmission with mount, flywheel, driveshaft, clutch salve and master cylinders, clutch hose, clutch pedal assembly, shifter, and probably some stuff I forgot.

I should have taken a picture with the Tito shirt on when I was there. I could have been Tito II, or TII for short.
