transmission problem ?

hi all, I have somethime and very few time (2 time from now) I 'm not able to go thru any gear.. I have to try to put the shifter in any posisiton to find find a gear.. When I try to put in gear I see a vibration on the drivin shaft ! And after a 20 try I finaly get in 1St and the car run very well ??



very strange.. any idea ??

sounds like a throwout bearing or clutch slave cylinder or clutch master. luckily the clutch hydraulics are relatively inexpensive. i hope its not a broken clutch fork. the only way to really check it is see if the fork moves while the car is in neutral...... then drop the tranny and after that start replacing hydraulics

oh well !!! oh well .. this isn't sound good. Is it easy to check for the fork ??

you should be able to reach it. its on top of the transmission. you can move it by hand....

I went to a transmission shop and the guy said this is probably a spring int the cluch that make this symptom...oufffff... I quasi happy !!
