Transmission
#1
When i shift into first or second and now third sometimes when i am going slow it grinds or i can't get in the gear at all but in 4th and 5th is fine. Pretty sure its not the clutch and i know think it is the throwout bearing, synchronizers or something like that. IF that is the case what kind of money and time would it take to fix it. Also, for while i thought it might be that i might not have enough transmission oil but i can't get to it becuase i started to strip the plug and so i left it for now.

It could be your synchro's..however it's usually the other way around.
Being tha synchro's bring your gear and trans in "Synchronization", as they start to go, they usually can't do their job as efficiently, but it usually starts "grinding" up in the higher rev's.
Dropping a transmission isn't as bad as replacing an engine, but will require a lift and some of the right tools. Whether it's your clutch or synchro's, it does require quit a bit of work.
Can you elaborate more on the problem? I think only the automatics have ATF btw...
