On cold starts my 1-2 and 2-3 shifts grind a little bit even if i'm completely clutching. And soemtimes it wont go into 2, it'll make a little click sound and then you think youre in gear but it didnt go all the way in. Also you really have to jam the shifter in otherwise it'll do that until the car warms up. Once the car warms up though it shifts fine.

So, does anyone have any idea as to what this could be? Are my synchros going out? I plan on replacing the tranny fluid with redline this christmas break, will that help at all?

just signs of worn synchros but if its while its cold then just let the car warm up to its fullest.. as the car warms up the input shaft in the tranny spins and lubricates the tranny..basically ur tranny is wearing slowly sooner or later its gonna happen while the tranny is at normal running temp and ure gonna need a new one.. redline does almost always help.. so it would be good to try it..

just my 2 cents

no trannies with gear oil in them like to shift when cold, synthetic gear oil will fix your problem

Yup, get some Redline MT-90 Manual Transmission Lubricant. It cures most problems except for broken synchros
