First and foremost Damn the main engine bolts are hard.

Well with my craftsman tool kit and a Snap-On impact gun I was able to dismantel the engine and loose a 10mm socket. I took a look at where that bolt I droped thourgh the big EGR hole was and it dosent put the engine in dangerous situation. Now the questions.

How can I tell if the apex seals, corner seals, springs are reusable.

Hoe can I tell if the rotors are reusable?

How can I tell if the rotor housings are reusable?

How can I tell if the intermediate, front, & rear Plates are reusable?

The oil pump, Front counter weight, the little bearings in between look brand new especially the oil pump. Until I touched it it looked like a brand new OEM part. any tips on the rebuild?

What tools do you guys use to do your porting?

I would change all the apex seals to make the job complete and not reuse them, that way all your new apex seals will have the same amount of life on them as the rest of the apex seals. Check for any noticable deep scars in the housings, and look for dents on the rotors, do some research onlien and im pretty sure you could find out somewhere where they actually tell you the clearances of these parts.
