tryed that the puller wants to keep bending to one side. Sprayed it with pb blaster let it sit still couldn't get it off. Hit it with a hammer cause why not. Its been a royal pain

what size and type of puller where you using...



i used a 3 prong 4" puller the first time and it wouldnt fit right on the 5-lug hubs, so i went and bought a 3/2 prong 6" puller and it worked fine in the 2 prong configuration... it came off with ease.

Where did you get the 6" puller from, cause i was using a gear puller(I know bad idea) I really didn't think it was going to be this hard to get off.

UPDATE:



i managed to loosen the ddts bolt on the driver side... but it now seems that the bushing is turning inside its casing... is cutting it out the only way not... or is there something else i can try...

bolt goes into the hub if i remember right. kep going and it should come out.



on my red car the bushings were a ROYAL pita to press out, like manages to break a vice jaw off pita.

so just keep on trying to turn the bolt out, it should break free of the bushing?
