Have you thought of simply getting an upgraded stock turbo? BNR Stage III maybe? It'll use your stock manifold, but breathe a lot better, and I think the 60-1 is good for 300-350hp range. Just a thought...

Where are you located?

There are several levels of the optimum setup

IE: heater core hose, SS hose, SS teflon hose, hardlines

Turbo sized to your application, after several tests using sensors etc....

The real deal costs a lot but works superbly, I have not seen one yet.........

I am currently setting up 2 purpose built cars, and hopefully another, that should hopefully eventually be the real thing.

$800 shipped. I am going to be making complete or partial kits as soon as I get the chance. I will be selling them with HKS 40mm wastegates, SS rubber hose, or an upgrade to hardlines, and a downpipe. Everything can also be coated which is recommend very highly. The price is well worth it to also coat the turbine housing, turbine wheel, and the downpipe. We can make anything so yeah however extensive you want it I can do it...

the cheapest way i found to go is using your turbo, removeing the compressor side of it,buya t04 housing back plate,60:1 3 inch compressor wheel, this will retain your down pipe and oil feed, coolant ect.the only mod youll need is the return line,it ends up hitting the new t4 compressor.ive done this mod on 2 fc and had good results,it brought my previous 2nd gen from13.4 to a 12.6 and was cost effective,if you can do it yourself plus it keeps the spool up time low from using the stock ex a/r
