That makes sense, because the two green connectors go inside the passenger kick panel not to the engine wire harness. It's all coming together now, the knock box is what I do not have and is the reason why I was confused as to where the larger white connector went to.

green is normally a diagnosis port and that wire by the coil near the headlamp is for when you hook a scan tool up to it
