T2 And Gtus

A gtus is basically a t2 without the turbo right? But does that mean it has the same driveline as well, and can take mods unlike the n/a which is at its max at about 200 hp?

Also, would a gtus even be worth getting? or would it be better off just saving up for a t2. Also lastly what do you think the resale on one would be granted everything is in good condition?
