They seemed excellent compared to people like Racing Beat who want a ******* fortune. This was almost half the price of a racing beat flywheel, shipped to my door.



I didn't see anything else that caught my eye anyways. What are you guys normally paying?

I got my ring gear off. Easy as pie. You guys getting them cherry red, what kind of torch tip are you using?!!



Used a rosebud tip with an oxyacetalyne torch.



Layed the flywheel face down on the steel bench.



Made 3 moderate-speed laps around the flywheel aiming at the teeth of the gear.



BAM. 17 year old ring gear falls off, not even red hot. No warping, no damage, didn't even need a hammer.

Carefull with that stuff, if it grinades you can get hurt pretty bad.
