Standalone Basemap
#1
Hi friends , I have a FC you know. And I have a problem my turbo conversion on my FC. It was a N/A turbo FC , so I add a turbo on it. But still I have a N326 ECU , it is an atmospheric ECU. I need a turbo ECU basemap for mine. If anyone has a basemap for turbo please send me a basemap... By the way most of you know I am living in Turkey and there is nothing about RX7 in my country But although I struggle to do one's best for my FC... Please help me!!! Thanks all of you...
My FC running @0.5bar , T4 turbo , Intercooler (FMC) size 55cm x 16cm x 8cm , 2x2" egshaust system , N326 ECU etc... If need any necessary information I can write. I need a basemap which be able to run my engine for 1bar turbo boost. And I will keep on to improve my FC after this problem!
Yours respectfully Bora

you just need to change the ecu... theres no map, its too old to flash it.
you have a couple of options....
1. find a factory turbo ecu n318/n319/n332/n333 and a couple of sensors
2. buy an aftermarket ecu, like haltech, wolf, motec
in case 2, you really dont need a base map, you need the tools to tune it correctly, egt, wideband o2

Static 13.8? I don't understand - it should move as you accelerate through the RPM.... 13.8 is pretty lean too, I like 12.5 personally... or in that area.
because of that I need a basemap for standalone... so which turbo is fit for my FC? please inform me , I'm trying to improve my RX7 by myself and I haven't anyone to help me in Turkey...

wow that exhaust sounds good and your turbo sounds like a jet
thanks for your comments I am trying to improve it but now I have a ECU problem. FC can be more fast but I need a basemap , if I find a basemap I'll change the chip on the ECU but I haven't found it yet
A pic of my engine

That intercooler plumbing needs to go too - it looks like silicon piping, which if it is - means it won't hold pressure as well as aluminum or steel and seems to have a lot of bends in it!
The only suggestion I have if you a set on "loading a basemap" onto you N326 ECU is to maybe contact RTEK and get a chip for the ECU that will allow you to adjust fuel and timing curves. It's not a standalone, but it may help solve your problem!
What exactly is the car doing that makes you want to tune the ECU? With 13.8 AFR - you may just need to get better injectors and larger fuel pump.. the NA engines are high CR too, which makes timing even more important.
