i have been reading online that thir is a sort of spark plug mod ware u tack out the secondary spark plugs for what reson iam not sure has any one els heard of this is so what does it do and how?

 

I hope to god this is a joke.

 

this "mod" has a little bit of a benifit to reduce detonation, it also kills whatever gas mileage you had, and a good chunk of power too.

Oh yeah, those worthless spark plug spacers. I forgot about them. Thats how well they work.

 

so what exactly does it do?

 

reduces detonation 3 ways



1. reduces combustion pressure, by reducing power and combustion effiecency

2. removes a potential hot spot in the trailing sparkplug

3. removes any tuning/bad ignition setup/misfire issues



1. is bad

2. can be fixed with a colder heat range spark plug

3. should be dealt with, with proper setup



if this actually worked, people would use it.
