I changed my spark plugs the other day and I noticed something very weird. The leading plugs looked normal (used black color) but the trailing is where the problem is. Both of the trailing plugs were half black and the top of the plug looked new. It looks like it only fires on the one side. Where should i start? Has anyone experienced this?

Thanks

the advance is, but you have to set the initial timing manually
