Well, is been almost 6 months and I'm still working on my TII.

Engine should be going in soon and the next phase is going with a v-mount setup as soon as the engine is dropped in. I have seen several setups but don't have the pics anymore.

Does anyone have links or pics in detail of different v-mounts setups for the FC only.

Thanks

Carlos

I wanna go custom and wanted some inspiration.

I have a front mount. It just blocks too much air to the radiator when you have a high HP motor.

Diddo on kevin - that vmount looks like a top mount, just more forward, lol...

And with the right FMIC setup, you can achieve how HP just fine

I am angling my fmic slightly though to make room for everything else, but i'd still call it an FMIC since it is in the front of the car, lol...

Thanks guys,

The problem is not making HP. The problem is staying cool. I rather loose some HP and keep the engine cool.

FMIC does ok with the radiator on a long str8 but if you get behind someone and start going up a hill or do a canyon run, the air flow drops. I have tried different things such as electric fans to ducting, they don't work well in some situations. My FMIC just robs everything.
