Unhappy

I recently fixed(?) my shifter bushe... i asked the guy at mazda and he said just to use the kit (which he sold me) when i've been looking around, i've heard poeple talking about blue bushes, i only installed a white one, which i placed under the little nub after i pulled the shifter out.... coz it seemed logical that would be where it went....

The shifter feel great, best $13 mod i've ever done, but i'm wondering if i've done it right
