Scrapping Noise

I had my left rear caliper replaced by the dealer ship they told me my pads were real low and now I have this scrapping noise from that caliper is that my break pad or something else?? It used to only do it when I pushed the breaks but now it happens when I turn and start off to hard what could this be??
p.s. I waiting 4 my order to come from corksport pads and s/s lines

You might be able to have them turned if they have been scared. Like $10 each at PepBoys or your local auto center. Only if it's very deep or if your rotors have been turned many previous times should you have to replace them.
