S4 TII tranny into S5 N/A?

I need some clarification on the flywheel and counterweight. Can I use the TII S4 stock counterweight and flywheel with the S5 N/A engine? Or do I need a automatic counterweight as described above?

You dont have a rear counterweight with the stock flywheel.

But for an S5 N/A, you need an S5 flywheel.
