Well, after a water pump that wouldnt seal and numerous other issues I threw the car back together to test out the MSD 6A I installed while the pump was out and my Turbo XS MBC and HKS Gauges, just to see how it all came together, the car runs like complete ***, I dont know if its because I melted the O2 sensor and im leaking exhaust again or what, but omfg, what a big piece of **** now, it just is slower then ****. Pulling 10-12lbs of boost and it feels like 5 - 6 or less. There isnt really a symptom other then it just runs like ****, i mean maybe it needs a good tuning of the AF cuz I have no control on it right now, I dont know, it just sucks....I can watch the boost gauge peak and then it starts to loose boost, so I will get like 10-12 and bleed back off to about 7-8....rpms climb slower. Just 1/2 as fast as it was, I couldnt get going over 20mph with my MBC on it, I took it off and it was better but still shitty..I popped off my TID, turbo seems fine...

Could this O2 sensor being melted out be cause? I ran it without an o2 sensor for awhile and it seemed to drive better then this, just as an open hole..I dunno..

Any ideas?

Have you checked the timing? You got good spark to both leading and trailing plugs? If it ran okay before you put in the MSD and you didn't really change anything else, that's where I'd look first. Anybody else here got firsthand experience with the MSD on a rotary?

I followed the directions on FC3SPRO.com for the MSD install, I had figured it would clean up any extra fuel laying around from a weak stock spark. I am going to swap the coils and put in a un molested Leading coil to see if that brings it back to life. The car sounds weird, so maybe its because only trailing are firing and that would explain the sluggishness..
