Hey guys, i'm having problems with my Passenger side rear caliper now

When i'm cruising, about 40-50 mph, and i step on the brakes, i get this REALLY annoying clicking/ticking noise from my passenger Brake area.. It's definatly the brakes, cause it's only when i step on them

What could this noise be? There's new pad's/hardware on there, and it's done it for about a year, (cause i can't figure out whats wrong)

any help is great
