Thumbs up

I just put in a new walbro fuel pump, and i just recharged my diying battery. When i go to turn on my car i dont hear the fuel pump repressurizing or anything and the car wont start wutsoever. I think the fuel pumps just not active. Is there anything i should checK? Besides the fuses in the engine bay? I think most of them are good but an egi one egi isnt looking to healthy, and also one is fuse is a 30A where it should be a 40. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know thanks alot.

yea not even turning over. Since i changed fuel lines and fuel pump theres no fuel in the lines wutsoever. I also heard that its supposed to repressurize for like 20 seconds when the key is at the on position.

the ecu only turns the fuel pump on when it sees an rpm signal from the engine. on the right hand shock tower there is a fuel pump test connector. if you jump it and turn the key on the pump should run
