Revving Problem

Well now it can rev past 6k but only at like 1/4 throttle if i punch or 1/2 throttle it would stutter like hitting a fuel cut what could be the problem?

would the tps have anything to do with it not revving high enogh, i thought that was just set for the idle

well I have new plugs and I have accell wires the 8mm. And I had my tps done anyway, along with the was pellet,
