Rebuild running too rich

Hi I have a 88 convertable. I rebuilt a 91 T2 motor which I ported with Pineapple Racing templates. It also has freshly cleaned 550 primary injectors/ 720cc secondary and a RTek 1.7 ecu to match, this is using a NA S4 wiring harness, T2 fuel pump (I know this pump is probably underpowered for this application, but Im just using it during the break-in).
The car starts fine and idles well at 750 rpm with a fresh set of plugs but the exhaust smells like fuel and the plugs foul very quickly and are black when I pull them out. The TPS is working and is set dead on.
I want to install the T2 fuel pump resistor/relay thing near the passenger headlight, but the T2 has a 6-pin plug and the NA has a 4-pin plug, does anyone know how to splice the T2 resistor pack into an NA harness? Thanks.
