The hayes guys like to play by the rules. Ignore him, lol. You can just wire the 5th & 6th ports open and go full out bridgeport if you want. What are you looking for? Street performance? Street/Strip performance? Mostly Race? Or ALL race? There's a dif between them....you can easily get over 300HP all motor.

Push them open and wrap wire around them and twist.

I bought a couple of Bosch 30 Amp relays and ordered my solenoids yesterday in an attempt to make them electric. I'll let you know how it goes.

With the 6 ports totally closed the motor seems to lose power @ 5,000 RPM. With them wired open it loses some bottem end torque but screams up to it's redline.

I would go w/ a larger streetport. I wouldnt go nuts w/ a bridge or jbridge or peripheal...those are basically race only. A large streetport will gain you 40HP or so and depending on what else you do to the car, you could easily have a nice quick NA that is still reliable on the street.

As for the 5th & 6th ports, you just wire the actuators to stay open all the time...I don't have a step by step for this, but I'm sure somebody on here does, lol...you'll loose a lil low end torque(like NAs have it to begin w/)...but you'll gain in the top...its a loose/win situation, lol...

the only downside to having your 5 & 6 ports wired open is you lose a little but of lowend torque. that is a ok with me
