If your bushings are old and nasty, it can severely effect the handling of the car. Mine were way worn out, when either of the back wheels hit a bump the car felt like the rear was stepping out, even when going in a straight line.

The toe eliminator bushings make the car more predictable, the rear does was it should it.

If those are old and nasty, all your bushings might be in the same condition. If you're already pulling the bits off the car, it might be worth the trouble to replace all your bushings while you're at it. The parts are around $100, and the difference is amazing, but if you're paying someone else to do it, it can get pricey.
