If it exceeds 2 degrees there might be a small reason for concern, but I really doubt it is past that point.

If you thinking of going with the adjustable subframe likn dont do it. Iv got one from racing beat and it doesent give you that much adjustment,I just ordered adjustable upper pillowball mounts from tein for 180.00.I think they are the better choice plus they give you more adjustment

what? there are two possible ways to adjust the rear camber on a 2nd gen rx7. EIther with the camber adjustment link sold by racingbeat/mazdatrix etc that tilts the subframe. Or you change the inner front link for the control arm which pivots the control arm. With the later you run the risk of the bushing binding on the outer pivot point. There is a 3rd, the stupid ebay ones (but those dont' work and are poorly designed). What exactly is the tein pillow ball mount, and how does changing the shock angle change teh rear suspension camber? This is a trailing arm suspension in the back. Not a McPherson system. Please elaborate. |

factory alignments for the rear wheels is -0.44 degrees. Front is +0.20 degrees. |

I thought you had to do some cutting and welding to install those, and I don't trust myself doing that. Could the link fix the camber if it's off like 1 or 2 degree's? Or could that other single rod? http://mazdatrix.com/h6_86-92.htm |

No. If you read the description carefully it says if you want more than what you can get with those links, you will need to cut and weld your control arm up to get that. |

I know that. But I wonder how much they will adjust it. I will have to call em up. I was referring to installing the upper pillowball mounts. |

Pillowball mount adjustment on the rear does nothing to 2nd gen tire alignment. Pillowballs will only work on the front. I personally don't like the mazdatrix rear camber links... I think they are a bad design and cab be much improved on for much less money. |
